Oprah taught me something unusual
hey, after watching today's Oprah Winfrey's show, which talks about the author of the book called Eat, Pray, Love, Mrs. Elizabeth Gilbert, i finally realised there are so many wonderful things in the world. Have u ever wondering how to really make urself calm n happy without doing any actions? Here are some tips, just sit down, cross ur legs, sit up straight, close ur eyes, just smile n smile until u can feel even ur liver n stomach also are smiling..haha..it sounds funny but really works out u know..haha.. plus, until today after watch tat oprah series,now then i start asking myself..wat i really really really want in my life? usually i'll just ask wat i really want, but today i multiple the REALLY.. so hard to say what i really really really want in life..i mean so many things to be done while im still alive, but what really makes me happy anyway? i mean, everyone says they wanna be happy, but can anybody define what actually is happiness?...hmmphh..to be continued tonight..haha..im so tired of thinking bout those questionss..so, c u later..~
